Refund & Cancellation Policy

Founding Sponsor launch package payments are generally non-refundable after activation or commencement of sponsor placement work.

Featured Listing, Premium Intelligence, and Blind RFP Access subscriptions may be cancelled for future renewal, but prorated refunds are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Custom sponsorship and enterprise arrangements are governed by the applicable written agreement.
